following my photo a day adventure
Colin was still working hard when I got home from work this evening. The spoil piles have diminished in size and soon the garden will look (almost) like it did before.
Colin in his Sunday Best.
I have to thank Alison for this photo - the best one of the day
Fern blissed out in the sunshine on saturday morning whilst digging and tree felling go on around her.
I never did nuffink!
Photographic evidence that it was Barney who was joining in with the spirit of the weekend and had dug his own hole in the garden. It's a shame he couldn't have done it in a more useful place.
I confess also that I didn't take this photo - I found it on my camera.
Amongst other gifts, Ian and Alison arrived with this large tomato from his mother's garden. I think it's a Russian Krim tomato - we all had some for lunch on Saturday and it was lovely.

Actually, it was from his garden.

I think, another one of those dull days.
Don't look if you have Coulrophobia.

This is a badly composed photo but I couldn't wait until the clown had passed the flags as he might have come over and frightened Den.
Mmmmmm beeeeeer.

It's quite possible that we drank our own body weights in beer again.
Friday night at Trowbridge Festival. I think the Peat Bog Fairies were on stage...

But I couldn't be sure. We had a fanastic time last year and I've just taken delivery of tickets for this year.
Amongst the deliveries at work today was a batch of 15 infra red sources which I needed to parcel up and send on.

Sometimes finding interesting things to take photos of is really hard.
I have spent the last two days retesting laser pointers. I know I should have gone to spec savers - the laser safety glasses I've been using for the red lasers aren't particularly pretty!
Colin standing at the study window space. Grinning like a mad 'un.
More cooking today. This is an apple, cinnamon, raisin and sultana cake. YUM.

No more fud photos - I'm sooo hungry now!
We had our neighbours over for dinner tonight and this white chocolate cheesecake with raspberries was dessert. The locally grown raspberries were so large that we thought they could almost be loganberries (or snozberries perhaps? It's ok, I'm having a retro Dahl moment at the moment).

Mmmmmmm YUM!
Colin looking very pleased with his new front wall. I should think so. He accidentally dislodged two newly laid blocks a couple of days ago whilst working on the stone wall. The builders weren't best pleased with them. He's had to apologise with Jammy Dodgers.

: D
Ok, who's run off with Fern's back legs? I knew I shouldn't have left her tied up outside the Co-Op in Redruth!

This photo makes me laugh when I look back at it. It's a wonder she hasn't fallen over!
